Welcome! I'm Erica Strauss, REALTOR® with Reliance Realty
My passion is helping clients find the place they're proud to call home.
Representing homeowners and future homeowners across Central and South Texas, I’m committed to listening closely, communicating clearly, and making your real estate journey a seamless one.
As a native Texan who grew up in La Vernia and has called New Braunfels, Schertz, San Antonio, and now Bulverde home, I know firsthand what makes this part of Texas so special, the traditions, the community, and the unmatched way of life.
Before real estate, I spent over 25 years with H-E-B, a Texas-based company that taught me the value of hard work, integrity, and exceptional customer service. Those lessons shaped who I am and how I serve my clients today, with care, attention, and a true PASSION for people.
When I’m not helping clients, you’ll find me in my garden, planning my next road trip, cooking up something new in the kitchen, or enjoying life with my husband and our dogs. My goal? To see all 50 states — one scenic drive at a time.
Whether you’re buying your first home, selling your current one, or searching for a space that fits your next chapter, I’ll be with you every step of the way. With local expertise, strong community connections, and a dedication to detail, I’m here to make the process enjoyable and successful.
Let's find your perfect place - together.
